My son was always having trouble in school. He lacked confidence and hardly ever spoke up for himself. He also didn't like speaking in class and had told me when his name is called to answer a question, he feels sick to his stomach. I knew it was hard for him. His grades begin to suffer as well. When I learned about Speech Crafters Speech and Debate, I was excited! The methods they use to make kids feel safe are incredible. I watched a quiet child filled with anxiety develop his communication skills and he just blossomed. My son is making process and improving his communication skills more and more. "I was looking for a summer program for my daughter. One where she could not only have fun, but to get her involved in other interests she hadn't tried before. My daughter attended Every Child Has a Story Speech Crafters Speech and Debate Summer Workshop. She was always timid and a bit nervous when having to speak in front of others, so I had hoped this would be the right choice for her. Having participated in the workshop my daughter seems to be more confident when she expresses herself to others. She had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed interacting with the other kids
